SHIPPING & DELIVERIES
Please confirm your shipping address before paying for the item.
Please provide a valid email address and check email after you purchased for any updated information.
Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery of your items within UAE.
Free shipping in UAE on orders above 150 AED.
Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address and contact information. We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect address.
Free shipping within United Arab Emirates only.
Shipping and delivery are available virtually in all destinations worldwide.
(Some restriction right apply from Courier companies regarding specific countries)
Returns & Exchange
We want to make sure that you will be completely satisfied with every purchase. But if for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, please e-mail all exchange requests to info@aljabergallery.com.
Cash back policy is not applicable for all products.
Please choose “Exchange” in the mail subject. In the e-mail, please state the following:
Your order reference number.
Product details of the item you want to return for exchange.
The reason why you want to make an exchange.
The new product you want for exchange.
If any damage or color issue, attach the picture of the item too.
You will be given 7 days upon receiving the item if you wish to return for exchange. You have to return the UNUSED item to be exchanged with the original packaging.
We offer One (1) time product replacement only.
We will send courier personnel first to pick-up item from you and we will send the new item to you within 1-2 business days or you can exchange it in one of our stores with the receipt for the same amount or higher.
NOTE:
* After we received the first item back in our office, the new item will be shipped.
* Al Jaber Gallery has the right to change delivery & return policies at any time.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We gladly ship your items to International addresses for all our products purchased through www.aljabergallery.com
International deliveries usually take 3-7 working days upon the date of shipment.
We offer FREE SHIPPING within UAE only.
***International shipments will be sent with duties and taxes to be paid by the recipient.
Duties will be assessed by the importing country based on current laws governing imports.
