Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver across the KSA. Items purchased will be delivered right at your doorstep whether at your home or in the office.
Do you have extra charges for delivery?
You will be charged 28 AED for any order less than 350 AED and You will be charge 18 AED for any order if you pay cash on delivery.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
You order will be delivered to you within 3 to 5 working days. If you are in Riyadh, you order will take less than two days.
How can I track my order?
We will provide you with the tracking number for your order once its shipped with Aramex, and you can track it by visiting Aramex Website www.aramex.com
What if the item I received was damaged?
we always take extra care in packaging your items, however, in case the item you received was damaged, please inform us immediately via WhatsApp at ا0596280480 or email us marketing@alkaltham.sa
Can I refund my order?
Yes, you can. You order You can return within 7 days after you received it. Be aware, you cannot return some products such as Bathrobe, slippers, towels, all cosmetics due to healthy purposes.
